Tim was born and raised in South Korea before moving to Atlanta, Georgia, and later to California to study at Biola University. He earned his Master of Divinity in Spiritual Formation from Talbot School of Theology. In 2023, Tim joined THMC as the Lead Pastor of the English Ministry, where he focuses on preaching, teaching, and developing leaders within the church.

Tim married his wife, Jayon, in 2019, and together they have a daughter, Naelle Park. In his free time, he enjoys watching movies, reading, running, and spending quality time with his family.
